We’re Sydney based and always delighted to meet and cup with roasters whether local or interstate. Every visit starts with a walk around our warehouse – always fascinating and an insight into what we do behind the scenes!
West Ryde Head Office
Our West Ryde office is home to our management, sales, finance and customer service teams. Its where all the essential work is done from forward bookings, customer orders, contracts and support to meeting customers and key suppliers from around the world. The office also has a fully equipped mini cupping lab and meeting facilities.
Diego and Lisa look after all our customers; everything from orders to general enquiries. Reddy manages all our origin contracts and purchases in conjunction with our external team. Nerma manages the front desk and complex shipping arrangements.
Our Finance team is led by Jessie with Hong the main contact for payments and queries supported by Milan.
Huntingwood Quality Lab & Warehouse
Our Quality Lab is where all the coffee stuff happens. A day can involve roasting up to 20 arrival samples, creating a blend batch roast for a customer, doing Agtron readings and frequent visits to the warehouse. It keeps the small team of Dariusz, John and Samson on the go. Downstairs in the warehouse; Anthony manages the blending operations.
