Profile
About the producer
Inza Growers
The Inzá municipality is located in the south of the Central mountain range in its eastern face. In conjunction with the Paez municipality, it forms an area known as Tierradentro that’s still inhabited by the Paeces indigenous tribe. Deep volcanic ash soil, high altitude, good sunshine and rainfall provide great coffee growing conditions.
Inza is found in the region of Cauca which is in the western corner of Colombia, along the Western and Central Cordilla mountain ranges. This range ends at the Pacific Ocean, which a number of significant rivers feed into. The region produces some wonderful coffees, high altitude combined with good sunshine and rainfall provide great coffee growing conditions. Our Inza is farm sourced by our Colombian sister company who are constantly in the region, cupping and working with the growers.
