West Ryde Head Office
Our West Ryde office is home to our management, sales, finance and customer service teams. Its where all the essential work is done from forward bookings, customer orders, contracts and support to meeting customers and key suppliers from around the world. The office also has a fully equipped mini cupping lab and meeting facilities.
Reddy, James and Diego are our customer support team who look after our customers; everything from orders to general enquiries. They are backed up by Nerma who manages the front desk and complex shipping arrangements. Our Finance team is led by Dhan with Becky the main contact for payments and queries
Huntingwood Quality Lab & Warehouse
Our Quality Lab is where all the coffee stuff happens. A day can involve roasting up to 20 arrival samples, doing a blend batch roast for a customer, doing Agtron readings and frequent visits to the warehouse. It keeps the small team of Dariusz, Josephine and John on the go. Downstairs in the warehouse; Anthony manages the blending operations.
